Huehue bubba the ban hadn't activated yet, since he hadn't attempted to log in. Then it must've been to do with the IP-ban issue with arak and Aasim was banned permanently x.x Not to my knowledge until like 3 days ago and as soon as I heard I went online and changed it back to how it should've been.

well as staff of EW you get to ban people you perceive to be hacking, so no problem with that. but you being the victim from my understandings of what people have been telling me, which may be wrong. cap harassed you and then you banned him. essentially making you the victim, jury, judge, and executioner. if another staff member reviewed your proof, and saw fit to ban him, it would just make you the victim and jury, not judge and executioner. which would very likely keep people from hating you. for example if cookie took responsibility for his banning I think that a lot of the hate would stop. as it would be you who got harassed and cookie who saw it fit to ban cap. now I know you and the staff probably discussed it and decided that the ban would stay, but the community does not see that. so yes from your perspective you did the right thing, but you need to change the haters perspective. have another staff take responsibility for it. or at least have a staff member say they reviewed this case, and that they would have done the same.

They would. For about three days, or four, or maybe a week. Perhaps a month? Then they would return to spamming "haxx report plz nerf troll tim!" and start hating on someone else until he/she leaves. Those who would really care aren't so many anymore. The old EW is dieing, making way for the new EW. For gamer kiddies who donate, then fly around as Nazgûl and tell everyone how good they are at PvP. Sadly.
