Weekend Brawl v2

The issue with Weekend Brawl was that it was always "buggy", had repeated games (wasn't updated), and it wasn't advertised. No one wanted to play broken games despite the good rewards.

It would die after a few weeks like weekend brawl. I personally want UHC back fully. Hosted UHC's would boost mineplex's player count + bring back some of the old UHCERS.

And yeah, I saw the UHC document that has been floating around. It had some good points that could've been implemented. \o/ I'm all for it.
You know the fix to that? Hire developers who give a shit. The biggest problem with Mineplex is that they couldn't give two flying fucks what happened to the server, as long as they get payed. How many times has Mineplex released a gamemode that revolved entirely around bugs, only to never get fixed? It took them four entire years to nerf Knight kit in SG.

Mineplex is so desperate for players that they're getting rid of games to create the illusion of more players, but they're simultaneously too lasy to actually have a half-decent Quality Assurance Team. Why the Hell did Heroes of Gwen get greenlit? It's objectively bad. Mineplex has two types of minigame: the ones they steal credit from, and the ones that are riddled with bugs and barely work. Champions is about the only decent game Mineplex has ever made, and it's getting removed.

Haze, if you actually care about the server, stop putting up with their idiocy. The entirety of the development team consists of money-hungry lasy idiots who have no idea how to code a game properly. They don't listen, either. The community has wanted the old Skywars back for almost two years now and they never brought it. They just updated it and made it even further from the original then lied about what they actually changed.

Mineplex's PR has been garbage since 2014 and it has only gotten worse. Adding a "game of the week" is the least of their problems. It won't add playercount. It'll piss off even more people because they're forcing updates nobody wants instead of fixing their current gamemodes.

Mineplex has 3,000,000 registered users but only a 4,700 average player count. Hypixel has 1,500,000 registered users and an average player count of 41,000. Yet the staff team on Mineplex says that "Mineplex is thriving". Minecraft has quadrupled in popularity since 2015, but Mineplex's player counts are less than 10% of what they used to be. Minecraft isn't dying, Mineplex is. And it's killing itself.
I have no control over devs and such, but if you want to speak about that I suggest going to LT. That said, if you have a problem with QA then talk to LT or QA lead. They're there for you to go to and are open to suggestions. I can't speak much on behalf of the SW community since I don't really play SW. I can't say much, but I'm sure you could round up some SW people and talk about it if you really wanted to. We're doing what we can to improve the situation. None of this happens overnight. I know, a lot of people have been frustrated with the situation and how the server has been going, but being upset about it and not offering any real feedback (besides being mad) isn't helping anyone.
Mineplex has 3 DEVs. Do you really think they can fix everything in a second?
2nd thing. Devs do not decide what they code, they code what leaders tell them to do.
Now for the skywars. Personally I never saw somebody who wanted old skywars back

And for the end. Bashing on Mineplex is not going to fix anything. Making forum post sugesting things, or going to LT is. So please, do that if you can.
Ik that youll say 'they will not listen', but, try. Maybe they will
abdadba I have an idea that I think is better for all people dm me if you want to see it
I want to know if you agree because you're spearheading this, so I want your opinion.

This sounds like a cool idea! Although, I don't know if it'll remedy the problem or not as the games that were removed weren't ones I play all too often. Although, if Wizards is one of those games I'd be ecstatic.

It wasn't supposed to really fix the problem of the removed games, but do something to get people to play something other than SW, CW, and SG possibly in the future.
I should've made it more clear. My apologies!

We were already discussing it in gi
I think it got denied because: "it is only going to shift players from one to another game"
Every first day in a week double xp, rest double gems, or shards

I would like to have 2 different kinds of weekly games: The Normal "Game Of The Week" that only have classic games.

The 2nd one is "Featured Arcade Game" that only have Arcade games.

That makes it a bit more easy to find the game you want and not like waiting form weeks/months, till it comes up again in this big rotation

Another thing would be a game Vote system, that ppl can Vote for a game. All given votes are 100% and will be splittet up on the games.
Example: Total Votes 40: Game 1: 10 Votes = 25%; Game 2: 25 Votes = 62,5%, Game 3: 5 Votes = 12,5%

After the Vote end, the game will randomly choosen. Higer % of Votes = higher chance it will be the game. Also, the game, that was the choosen one, will be blocked out of the Voting for a ??? amount of weeks, till it can be voted again.

Why not the game with the highest Votes: It's simple: when ppl always vote up for the same game, it will always come up and other games will have no chance to come up too, even if other rly want to play that too
Why the blockout for games: That it dont come up too many times

(The Vote system can also work with the 1st Idea I said in here)
