Yes, the Program has actually been closed down for ONI since Halo 4 came out. Small whispers hear and there rumor of SIIIs but the upcoming rosters that will be published will say otherwise.

i understand sir. but i believe it would be nice to bring them back since not many play halo i guess e the reliese of halo 5 it would be a no...damn
