And this is why I respect you more than other staff. You could have easily made a Doc, and trashed Mineplex. But you just took the demotion in stride, and you are even thinking about applying again. It just shows how professional you are.

Disagreeing with your demotion is one thing, and I guess there's nothing wrong with it, although I'd hope that any demoted staff member would at the very least comprehend their reason for demotion. However, making a document and calling out Mineplex on every single little issue or trash-talking specific people isn't a good way to handle a demotion. Of course, you can write up a document and discuss your demotion in a mature way. However, the majority of the time, docs written up are just bursts of anger, and as sophisticated and and calm they may seem, they really just come from hate. If the person felt such hatred and disagreement towards Mineplex in his/her time as a staff member, they should have and would have resigned. The fact that someone writes up a document to trash-talk everyone and everything involved with Mineplex/the staff team as soon as he/she is demoted proves immaturity and the fact that they haven't accepted the demotion, instead of having moved on.
Fuck all of these people being happy about this, you did a great job on the team. I'd not be surprised if the reason was some really fucking dumb one like they tend to be when it comes to demoting people sometimes. I'd like to know how you managed to keep your cool though, I'd be pissed off.
Ohhh it was YOU. Never would have guessed. They have insufficient material to sue you though, so no worries there. If they do they're fucking stupid and we all know that.
