It is really an amazing experience to be honest and is so worth joining. Make sure you have a lot of free time to dedicate to the position but you its really amazing to be staff
Be yourself. Trust me. If you're not being yourself for the position and you're forced to keep something up for multiple months, it will not be good for you.
I haven't been a staff member though, just be nice and give the application some personality! Be yourself and at the end of it, be proud and confident that what you wrote down represents you, that's what I'd be looking for in an application, I don't know how they do it here though XD
