i think the hair and face are good, only thing i would say is i think proportions are slightly off with the eye level
i think the eye level is a little higher on the skull than it would be in real life
bc like i remember in art class that the eye level is halfway between the tip of the chin and the top of the head
I really like this c: The only 2 suggestions/feedback I'd give you is to sort of clean up the ends of her body and hair a bit along with finishing her body/chest (like clothing) until the end of the picture/page.
Looks good. It didn't end up having sunburn, which is a good start. The neck is a bit long and the mouth isn't centered on the face, but you're getting better at this.
As stated before, the neck seems a bit un-proportional to the head you drew. I also suggest making the shading on your forehead (created by the hair) to be darker.
