For scrolling down your wall, when you get to the end point it won't let you scroll past, try scrolling up then down, that's worked for me quite a lot.
And for changing the profile picture, minimize your screen so that it's not at 100%. I recently found out that it helps.
On the other things, I'm sorry I haven't had those problems but maybe for the older posts, get the direct link and open the direct link in another tab and see if you can then comment. I don't know what you mean with the gifs; are you using the [.img][./img] tags?
