Applied because - My personality kinda fitted the role of staff member, I assumed being staff was pretty cool, which it wasnt too bad at first. Resigned the first time because I just didnt have enough time, the second time was that I found it unbeneficial to me, I had quotas which I was meant to work towards that didnt benefit me. Slowly lost interest in MC altogether eventually.
