Wth maybe in Japan there is sun at least once every week where I live

Well, they use Nuclear power plants there, which is actually relatively clean. In China, we have about 3 coal power plants opening every week (true statistic) and they are undeveloped. Unlike America's superb power plants, China does not have as much experience and the excessive amounts of dirty power plants results in lots of pollution.
