This decision was made by multiple staff members, not just myself. I have no prior relationship with trainee; I'm simply defending someone who deserves the same respect as everyone else.
I won't respect someone who trash talks my religion, calls us homophobic, and then blocks me when I try to argue. Also, don't act like that ask.fm page (which you pushed him to delete) was nothing.
May I state that he advertised his ask.fm page on Mineplex property, and guess what? a young audience could have clicked it and imagine if their siblings or parents were there, by himself he still would be disturbed. You're probably thinking that they should not have clicked it in the first place, well guess what, we are suppose to trust Trainee's and we expect to not see this kind of content advertised by them. If you do not take action it is a clear act of favourtism you are showing. End of discussion.
Respect is earned, blonde, and the hypocritical bigotry he spews out and that YOU ESPOUSE by not doing anything about it certainly hasn't earned my respect. I speak for more than myself when I say that this defense is beyond ridiculous.
She's not really espousing it by not doing anything. And him being hypocritical or a bigot matter in the slightest. Not to say I agree with those things, but they're not the big problem here. Not that that there's much of a big problem here at all.

Not that that there's much of a big problem here at all." -- It may not be a problem to you (though I agree it isn't a major problem) but as corruption, favoritism, and the promotion and sheltering of unfit members affects everyone following Mineplex...it's a problem to the people who care about it.
Actually, the issue is that a Mineplex staff member is being allowed to shit on a religion and not have any real consequences. We're pushing the standards thing, though, because it's far more effective (and proof) of our point, though.
On his PUBLIC ask.fm page which he advertised via his Enjin account, he replied with very disturbing points which I will not state but consider him as a "gay extremist" as someone said.
I don't know why people hate him, he's funny, kind, nice, positive, wonderful, amazing, brave and he doesn't hid his true self. I don't see what's wrong with him. A bunch of people are giving him hate for no reason...
