I think forums would be the best, as that's what most people are able to view. It's a lot easier to miss a wall post, or a trello board.

Great! I think that trello is more suitable and fits the purposes, but if anything also a Google Document so that way everyone has access to it.

I think you should do it on the forums, because it's easier to see there than on a trello board or a wall. Most people use the forums anyways

Walls would be preferable; that way it'd show up on my enjin feed. I'd be fine with third-party options so long as I have the links to them

Trello, and the CoM wall - possibly forum threads that could be sticked to the Server Discussion section of the forums each week (if possible).
