Sometimes things just don't go our ways... Just try to lean on the fact that it was for the better, and I can already tell you have an extremely positive attitude during this time. Keep your head high! You were an extraordinary staff member, and you did everything you could to help the community!
You were one of the only staff members who really kept it real, and definitely my favorite, so I'm really upset this happened to you. Mineplex doesn't deserve a moderator like yourself.
You have helped out so mny people, and you were one of the best staff on Mineplex in my opinion. You had a mind of your own and would always speak it, which is a pretty good thing to have. Even if you are a titan now, we will still be by your side. Just be proud of all of the things you have accomplished. Thank you Joe!
While your demotion was justified by the MP guidelines, I still feel sad about this. I don't believe they should restrict moderators from speaking their own opinion on separate sites, but thats just my opinion, and its up to MP in the long run. Really sad to see you go though, you were great.
It was only justified by those guidelines. The fact that it was in the depths of a lengthy agreement he accepted aside, there is no justification here.
Trainee/Mod honestly makes staff so robotic. If you fail to become one of them, you end up like Joe - demoted.
This is why I'd never apply for Trainee. I'd be expected to act like a robot, which I throughly refuse to do. I applaud you for not becoming a robot, and keeping your opinions. I firmly believe that while you may not think you were fit for being a staff member, this is one of the worst decisions Mineplex has made.
I don't think he should have demoted since it was on a completely different website. If Mineplex actually cared so much about this T3Hero would already be demoted.
I have been able to express my opinions for months, and I've had no trouble with it. When I took it to a level against an entire religion, it's under discrimination. Therefore, it was a just demotion.
I'm very honored to have brought you on the team for your first time around as staff. I saw a lot of potential in you and I was correct. I was even more happy when you reapplied earlier this year. You did amazing work on the staff team. Don't let your hopes down over this silly little demotion. I remember when I interviewed you last year for Trainee, you were very confident and passionate with every word you had to say and not only did you show that during the interview but in this wall post as well. I said the same thing, until they mentioned the previous time I had been warned for something similar. Therefore, it's fair to demote me for ignoring the warning.
