Been familiar with those words for a long time, and it is usually something I try to achieve when I build in game :p

The first one is technically valid, but is an unusual choice since idyll is a noun, and that sort of sentence would normally end in an adjective.

The second fits fine although if you want to be picky it should be "my family and I" not "me and my family" in this particular sentence.

that's helpful, thanks :)
No problem :)
Hey, One last question if you don't mind.
Is this okay?
'The park outside my parents home was idyllic just like I remembered it last time I visited.'
"Idyll" as a noun is relatively rarely used, I think. You have used it appropriately but in almost all such instances the adjective would be used instead.

To be picky myself, it also tends to be superlative, so in the example given, "very" is basically redundant. If something is idyllic, it's already pretty much perfect, so "very" doesn't add anything.

Good point, I also thought about that. Thanks :)
I know what both mean :d They are both peaceful and perfect scenery that is relaxing!

Idyll tends to refer to rural or rustic scenery/life. I recommend using "ideal" instead, since the two words are very similar and ideal will usually fit your vocabulary and statements better (unless you talk about rural places a lot haha).
