It is called acting different so you don't get demoted kid. A good portion of staff friends of mine admit that they fake their personality to look professional. Ever wonder why you haven't seen staff post rule suggestions, criticism, and the like? It even says in the staff handbooks that when in doubt that you should keep your opinions out. Geno didn't change, but I do see that you feel for the white clean lie. Hopefully one day you will wake up...
Some do, I personally don't act like this normally, but I quite enjoy it, gives me room to be a little more professional in a sense. I have ADHD to such a severity this is the only place I can really remember to talk like this.
