i used a shotgun almost 10 yrs ago
i was shooting skeet and the shotgun was able to hit from every range i was presented with (less than 200 feet i think) but shotguns in video games seem to lose usefulness past 50 ft o-o
i admit that skeet are much less durable than enemies with body armor, but the fact that the pellets still hit means the target is still at least within range

that sounds about right, shotguns are recommended for home defense but grenades are not.

Well game balance necessitates it because a shotgun that does so much damage having full range would be better than an assault rifle lel
