Great news; she's home. They wanted to do an operation to bust the clot but the chances of it traveling into the brain or the heart were too large. Regardless, this is only the beginning. She has breathing issues right now and they will only get worse. The clot is taking too long to dissolve, and that renders one lung utterly useless. Depending on how things go tomorrow I will most likely go and help my cousins out with whatever they need and see to her. My aunt is younger than my mom, so this is pretty crazy. Thanks for all the support thus far. Will keep updated as I find out stuff
My great grandpa died last summer from some heart issues... he had a heart transplant and numerous amount of surgeries. At 98 years old, he had the best sense of humor. I know what you feel like, even though it isn't the same situation. Knowing that family members are in trouble is always suspenseful. Know that you aren't alone Ryan <3
