Nah, every level is salty, but chances are, if someone is hacking, unless they are stupid enough, they would be using an alt, which is usually under 40.
having multiple accounts with different ranks/levels I do think giving people with more "experience" in game is a good idea however it doesnt matter what rank or level someone is they can still falsely hackusate or abuse the system/troll leading to a perm ban from the command /report (not from the server) it is a grey area when it comes to who will have access to it. But after time those who abuse will get watered down after they get banned from the command meaning only the responsible people would have access to it - however false hackusations will always be a thing no matter someones rank / in game time or level.
I, as a lvl 56 Titan who has been playing for 1 year, with 800 posts and Gem hunter 9, think only lvl 56 Titans who have been playing for one year, with 800 posts and Gem hunter 9 should get the feature.
As an actual recommendation, I think /report should be given based on time in-game. It's not something you can purchase or need to play several games for, just activity and clear knowledge of the server should suffice. I'd estimate 15 days in-game to be given permission to the command.
in-game time. After playing mineplex for 30 straight days you should be able to tell the difference between a hacker and someone using wolf's pounce or cleave.
I feel it would make the report system better if only Titan ranked players that are above level 50 and have over 1000 forums posts and have over 30 days in game are able to use it.
