That's the thing about God, you can't "prove" anything, that's why we call it faith. Similar to how scientists have faith in the theory of evolution. They believe in something they can't actually "prove." You choose to believe in something because there is evidence. Funnily enough, the majority of professional scholars, christian or atheist, believe that Jesus Christ did exist because the evidence is simply overwhelming. Whether or not he was who he said he was is another matter, but I'll say this; Jesus' disciples knew him, they saw his death and resurrection, and they gave up there lives for their faith. People don't just die for something they know is a lie.
