I think after this batch for those 4 games, you should accept any apps that should be good enough as soon as they come in :p

The teams only have limited slots on both the staff and community sides. We'll finish recruitment for one batch of games, then move to the next. Should enough slots open up or be created, we'll reopen apps for specific game modes.
