Is there any reasoning for the time duration being increased besides discouraging rule breakers?

Most people seem happy to take a day or two of blacklisting if it means they're able to get away with a legendary or rare item, so if we extended it, they're far less likely to break the rules.

Legendaries can easily get passed around or given to store to a different clan or alt ^^

Why don't you:

1. Make it so you can't name clans unclaim or similar commands?

2. Make it so that the clan is forced to change their clan name rather than an immediate disband because there isn't a universal agreement on what an "inappropriate" name is which could lead to lots of disbands of clans that no one thought had inappropriate names.

The inappropriate clan names use the same system we use for inappropriate names. RC gives CM the status of a clan name before they disband so if someone wants to know if it's inappropriate before creating it they're more than welcome to ask a RC member. :)

I still kinda feel like maybe just giving them notice would be nice so that they can rename it if they didn't think it would be inappropriate...

The individual wp evasion thing is dumb. I wouldn't want to sit in someone's trap for 2 minutes/forever just because they're online. That's a dumb rule.
