I can easily see the likes of fhorthyns complaining that its a clone off DC like he did to my server in a the 1st month :-d

But don't worry, I went on there about 2-3 days ago. It is very similar in an aspect like not clone but like generally any other major server out there. If you want to make Minespot work. They'll need to bring a uniqueness to the server. Something other servers don't have have.

I'm talking mainly about plugins as in custom plugins others will never be able to get hold of and create a very unique environment compared to clone servers whereby you just level up a rank mining stuff to make money.

That's why like's of myself are still running / server closed for development cause I'm working on behind the scenes stuff all custom plugins etc. Using ideas none of the other servers have seen :p

1 other note I will say which was told to me a year ago which is the principle and model I follow.

"Anyone can rush out a server and get an player base for low quality e.g. clone / non-custom plugins. But that server will hardly last maybe 6 months or so.

The good servers like Hypixel, Mineplex had the patience to develop over years before they opened their doors so that they their player base would have an extremely unique experience."

What this basically means is don't go down the route of "I'm gonna have a economy server done in a month & then open a prison server the next month and then a skyblock the next month and etc.."

That method of rushing out a server leads to a gateway of no money cause you'll be opening servers with maybe 20 player base. And you're trying to span 20 players across say 3-6 servers. It won't work and you will just lose money.

Start with 1 server develop it for roughly a year or more (I'm doing that) Then open it up and build your player base then when its significantly large player base e.g. 100-200 active players (that means regularly 100-200 players are always on the server) Then start expanding to another server and repeat the process.

Forgot to also mention Minespot is not EULA Compliant so I stand by the 6 months meaning by then Mojang will have sued / shut down their server for terms of service breach.

EULA complacency is being activated soon, there's a very easy fix around that.
Eula Complacency should be done the instant you create a webstore / server not create webstore have people buy from it and then decide to start changing it. The world don't work like that.
