Considering what the banned players did, unbanning them was never going to happen. Like seriously, first they advertise on the server and then they disrespect staff. They can't expect to be unbanned after doing all that. (I'm not talking about you here, I'm talking about people that made ban appeal threads.)
2nd, we take care of the reports. We make sure to deal with the rulebreakers, you can't blame us for doing our job.
Yes, I admit that staff need to be more active. I know that I do but its finals week in school so all I need to do is finish strong and then I can be more active again.
the reason they are advertising in the first place is because there are no staff on the server, i know that the staff are not able to get on but that is why there are other staff members, if there are not enough staff then you should TEMPORARILY hire staff to watch the server until the staff are not busy anymore
and some of the "Rule Breakers" are not even breaking rules.
(i am not talking about the advertisers)
what i am talking about is the Trolls on the forums who take these Weak looking "Disrespect" screenies and frame innocent players into getting Jailed or banned
there is nothing left for me on SWMC, because all my friends and everyone i knew on the server has already quit
and i logged in to the server today and i saw 12 players online and i knew NONE of them
Zsus, we all have lives. We can't all be on 24/7 and sometimes our different schedules leave gaps where we all can't be on, none of us can.
We aren't just going to temporarily hire staff to be on when we can't. We might hire temporary staff to help us like build/code but not for moderating and stuff.
Its not up to the players to decide whether someone is breaking a rule or not. Yes, IK that in some reports, players were not actually breaking rules. However, in like 80%, people were. Therefore, your argument is invalid. Innocent players were not getting punished.
My god zsus how long did it take you to write that? And DC ftw. The marvel or DC thing is mainly my fault. And you do have a point about the staff but like KenobiSkywalker said they all have lives. So I'm sorry you feel this way.
No you don't have to feel sorry for the Marvel and DC thing. SWMC isn't a Role play server. (its allowed but not its main purpose.) So therefore you may discuss anything you like as long as it fits within the rules.
Wow I do admit SWMC is not doin to well it used to have 40 on at once but now... People have moved on to another Star Wars server which I play and it's ok not great but people seem to love it and I do believe that the server is on its way to success right now the server may not be great but it will be and SWMC you have pushed away a lot of people and now there is a maximum of 20 a day at once. And on the server I play on its on 8 at once and it's growing each day little by little
There are times when I see SWMC having 2 people on and the other server having 7-8 people on and though that isn't huge it has gone from 1 to 9 in a matter of days
There were nights where... And I know this wasn't healthy... There were days when the second I got home from school I would play then stay up all night a play and then spend the whole time playing until school started again I actually liked the server that much now... I play it and it's still fun but... Your pushing people away. Good Luck.

This server used to be my favorite server in the whole world of minecraft. Now, its just another lame pvp server, and everything that was great about it is gone, everyong I liked, gone. Starwarsmc is was
a great fun server, now its nothing but a bunch of jerks and hackers.
And if the server was shutdown completely, I wouldn't be surprised.
