Ugh.
I need to see some evidence of me supposedly hacking.

Am I not able to see how I was 'hacking' staff?
Come on, it's my account, I should at least be entitled to some evidence.

from what I know about staff (considering I was staff), they can't show YOU the evidence. if the staff find it acceptable, they keep it to themselves. if not, you would've been unbanned. I don't know if that's actually how it works but it seems so. it may be your account, but supposedly they just won't hand over evidence (because multitudes of my friends have asked before and they refused, saying they can't).

How long does an appeal usually take to get a response.

FoggyIO said it was (well he's not sure) but he said 10 days for longest.

Anyone know the exact answer?

PS if you logged on and you were banned your account was hacked, reset all details etc. Then send in an appeal saying that your account was hacked and you have reset password etc.

I would advise not updating to the latest GeForce Version: 378.49
as there have been lots of people (including me) having trouble with Minecraft crashing on launch.

So if you run into this error, use this link here to find your specific GPU and download the previous drivers, version: 376.33 which seems to be the universal downgrade.
