If you haven't checked it out already, MSC is a great group to join: It's heavily orientated towards helping the community through the forums and in-game. You have encouragement to help others, and it includes very active chats so you almost always have a conversation to start/join .
Personally, I'm on the maintenance team, and I absolutely love processing help submissions.

"just an FYI to everyone out there, "submit a ticket" is not a valid response for probably 50% of the Help threads out there. I literally saw someone make a thread saying "I can't connect to mineplex, what should I do?" and someone responded "Hey there! Submit a ticket with evidence of your loss and they should be able to help you out!"
I understand that answering in the Help section is good on applications, but we would rather see 10 posts relevant to the question, and well answered, than 100 generic "submit a ticket" answers. As a staff member, you will be expected to deliver the best customer service possible, which means reforming your answer to the users question, not just giving them a generic answer."
Adding on to that, copy/paste answers are sometimes okay, but you don't want to just paste your answers for everything: There should be a different answer to every question to help ensure that the user that you're attempting to help is having the best experience they can have on Mineplex ASAP.
