A huge congratulation to my former TMA (Trainee Management Assistant) Snowflake on becoming a Mentor after being a member of the team for nearly 7 months.
You deserve this so much, thanks for all the work you did during my trial and countless others - you're going to be an amazing mentor and I can't wait for you to get started!
I have to admit that I'm a fair bit surprised on the UI and UX directions adopted by the Enjin team to achieve the overall design of the Enjin app across all devices.
I feel like perhaps the understanding of what user priorities were and I find myself struggling to understand a couple of the design decisions made - considering that many social media companies have come up with great solutions to deal with the differing aspect ratios and small screen sizes in order to display awesome content.
I think it has some amazing potential - but I feel like I'm trapped in a bit of a cell while using the apps when such functionalities as using my profile, editing basic settings, and not viewing a person's wall after clicking on the profile (and being immediately directed to their 'About Me', which is a complete change of UX from the web application) make the app a continuing work in progress.
The decision to use material design is also surprising, considering that Enjin doesn't use material design on their website / web application and the use of color blocking makes the app feel like a true work in beta.

But the app is simply amazing, honestly. I'm so glad it exists and that I've been with the Enjin community for.. now around 5 years - the ability to use this stuff on mobile and the knowledge that it will continue to get better and better (especially with features such as messaging and hopefully the implementation of live chat/chat 2.0) is really awesome, especially for someone like me.
Out of respect to the entire staff team - I'll keep this one short. It's been an amazing opportunity and huge learning experience to have joined the staff team - I'm glad I can continue to make a difference in the community!
A huge shout out to my mentoring team run by Corgee , who had some of the best TMA's ever - Whif and Snowflake ☃ . Corgi, you were a great monitor and I'm glad that I have made the Corgaluga's proud - You guys were incredibly kind and helped me through so many difficulties and I definitely enjoyed stalking you guys in Bridges and in staff-1! - I couldn't have done it without you. (:
To my batch, I'm glad to have joined you. Thanks for being my staff friends, your experience, humor, and hard work was inspiring! (Even though I'm 1 week late)
To my closest friends to those who just saw me in the Lobbies and said Hi, thank you for being kind and supportive. You're the reason I'm doing all this and I'm glad I can continue to.
