I like to say this every time I make a controversial thread, but I do not hate Mineplex. Rather, I like it so much, that I'm not going to stand by while there is obviously a problem that needs to be discussed and fixed. I've been playing since there were 5 Leadership Team members: Chiss, Sterling, Defek, Spu, and CaptainSparklez. Back then Mineplex was the greatest Minecraft server in the world, and it went on to be for several more months. But recently, there is no denying it has fallen behind. The only way that these things will be fixed is if LT/Owners are alerted to these problems, and then reminded they exist. That is my purpose when I make threads like below.
Ultimately, when I end up getting into drama with Mineplex, I just wanna try and help them improve (in my mind, at least). Sure, I definitely don't do it in the best of ways, I can agree with that, but yeah
Lets be clear: bringing up an issue with Mineplex is not drama. Bringing it up in an inappropriate way is. I hate the word drama, and more so I hate those who promote it on Mineplex.
Guys, I've come to a sad reality: Mineplex just doesn't care. All games that involve PVP are riddled with hackers, and there are never any staff available to ban them. We are never updated on the progress of a supposed anti-cheat, and the amount of hacker
I agree w/ literally everything you said in the thread. I've been here since like... 2012ish (different accounts) -- and I can see the lack of effort on Mineplex's part nowadays, compared to a year or two ago.
Oh and not to mention the phishing attacks that have been going on on Instagram and everyone was dumb enough to type their info into a website :majorfacepalm:
