Trainee

Hello everyone, I am here to inform you that I achieved Trainee on the 30th of October 2015. I have worked about 9 months towards getting this position, and I feel like my work has paid off.

I want to thank all of you for helping me in different ways to achieve this position, some of it was great stuff, and of course the bad, but the bad stuff always made me improve and conquer.

I want to thank SheSoDior for being on of the best interviewers possible, and also kudos to Leon_ and Diar for also interviewing me in my history of applying for Trainee.

I want to thank the following for helping me achieve this position, in all different ways possible, and just being great friends:

Hobs: Hobs hobs hobs, I cannot explain how much of an amazing friend you are. You have always stuck up for me, and I will always do the same returned. You have always told me to never give up, and you are a great friend, and I am extremely proud to call you my best friend. Keep being amazing, you are perfect the way you are.

SheSoCookie: Britney, the smelliest of them all. You are always there for me, I can tell you anything and you will help me. You are an amazing confidence booster and you are one of the greatest people ever to be known of. Please, always stay being my bestie.

Scharf: Ayy Scharf, bae. You have been one of my best friends for a while now and I cannot wait for our friendship to escalate, thank you for always being there for me.

TheDairyCow: Dairyyy <3. You are an amazing person who has helped me through loads of tough times and helped me with everything allround. I love your personality and your way of going, it is so classy.

Tours / Sanadz: You, yes you. You have been one of my bestest friends for about 7 months now? And I really love your style of living. You are stylish and an amazing, unique person and I really hope our friendship will live through everything.

Brann: Please, stop being so amazing. You are literally my closest friend that I can tell anything to. You are so supportive and will always keep my confidence up. From Dogeplex, to your promotion to Moderator, to now, you have always been there for me and we have been closest friends. Don’t ever forget #SlurpSquadFTW and also the amazing Wyddi.

KittenCat33: One of my closest friends, and classiest friends, you are always that one bit cooler than everyone else. You are amazing and you are so supportive, thanks for being an amazing friend.

Diar: Thanks for being so chill and always being an awesome guy. You never fail to put a smile on my face. (Also, don’t forget that amazing interview about spaghetti and tripping on the floor ).

Wolfii, Rohan7890, CreepyMath, CoolSpear, Franetheman, DeadcBG and McCoder: Ah, Divinity. The best and most sassy build team around that will never fail to reach your expectations. You guys have helped me through a load, and I can tell you all anything. I have been with y’all for a good 6 months now, lets try make this doubled!

JunaidMC: We have our ups and downs, but you never fail to make me laugh and smile. You always give me the right thing to do, and I really appreciate that you care for me.

Inv3rt3d, Sophie_OGrady, Fairee, _Jillian and JunaidMC: The best Social Media team ever, please, our meetings are goals. Let’s strive together and conquer to the top at Social Mediaing.

Overall, thank you all for being who you are, I cannot wait to meet my batch buddies and get to know them all.

One year ago, on the 30th of October, my name was called out at the Trainee Acceptance Party. More than I’d ever thought, I went on to achieve my goals that I’d set for myself for the future, and within 6 months I had already achieved most of them.

My goals were to:

• Achieve Trainee
• Achieve Moderator
• Achieve Builder
• Achieve Recruiter
• Achieve BOTM/MOTM/SOTM

My batch started off with 6 really awesome people, and from day one, I knew that I belonged to a great group of people with many different personalities that have the potential to do anything. Our batch consisted of: Korakum, Graza, RagingPat, Emiliee, DannyLionSin and Dogester. Despite that we have lost half of our batch, our batch was very successful considering that 3 out of 6 of us made it through a year on the team, when you think of that, that's a really long time.

Throughout my journey on the Mineplex staff team, I have met so many different people with different personalities. I've learnt so many life skills that I know I will need for the future. When I joined the staff team, I was extremely shy and didn't have very good communication skills at all (considering I was denied for having a poor interview 4 times), and from them to now I have become a totally different person (IRL and here). I cannot thank everyone here for helping me learn all these new skills that I will use for the future.

I honestly cannot explain how fast this year went. I can still remember, one year ago, eagerly waiting at the Trainee Acceptance Party, hearing my name be called out by Scharf and thereafter in mere tears, waking up the whole house. This journey so far has been quite spectacular, and I cannot wait to see what awaits. On a side note, it's also my 7 months as a recruiter on the 1st of November (I missed the 6 month mark, so why not do 7)!

Shoutouts:

• The Recruiters: You are all a great bunch of people and I'm happy to have been in the team with y'all for 7 months. I've learnt so much from being in this team, it's hard to realize.
• My Interviewees: Whether accepted or denied, I want to thank all of you for being there. Meeting all of you has taught me a load about myself, and seeing many different people and personalities is great.
• Builders: You're all such a great group of people, that I'm so happy I know. You're all skilled with different aspects of building, and we all work great as a team.
• Everyone who's helped me on the way: I cannot write every single person, but you should know who you are. I strongly thank you, whoever you are for helping me, how ever you did it.
