I also believe that if you don't even know who the vice president is, or at least all 50 states you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

There should be rules, or a mini quiz to take at home before you vote and if you pass then you can vote. My philosophy behind it or at least an idea.

Within reason. If the mother is in danger or the baby is probably not going to survive fine. That's understandable. But if you're just some 18 year old screw up who forgot a rubber and don't want to grow up I do not see a viable reason to allow someone to take a life because they aren't in a good place in their own.

You gotta think of how awful the childs life would be too. I would not want to raise a child and personally I don't believe that we should be allowed to tell another person that they should grow up with what they didn't want, I feel that is wrong.

Also it's not really murder, or taking a life. The lungs aren't even formed yet when that happens.

The lungs are irrelevant. By 5 weeks the babies heart is beating. That's what life is, not if the lungs are formed. Also theres nothing wrong with making a fully capable 18 year old responsible for something. If it was a 16 year old kid I'm sure things would be different but at 16 you are capable of getting a job and driving. If you're old enough to have sex you should be old enough to understand what sex is meant for and what can happen. It's not the babies fault you were irresponsible. You say "personally I don't believe that we should be allowed to tell another person that they should grow up with what they didn't want". Is that any different then a baby not allowed to live because someone wanted to end it's life because they aren't willing to become someone who their kid could respect? The child's life would only be awful if the parents didn't love the child because they see him/her as an inconvenience in their lives instead of the miracle that a child is.

The baby dead or alive would never have choice anyways, you can hardly be 18 and even then you most likely won't be alowed to be make any decisions because of the minor law that goes into place. An abortion is a good decision depending on the measures but if you're 30 and got knocked up and have a good life I believe only the MOTHER not the father should decide, because to be fair I wouldn't want any other person in the world to tell me I should carry my child to full term

Another thing is the question "How are you going to prove your innocence when you've been raped" Other than a paper from the court so if you didn't have a slip or paper/letter from the court saying that you've been raped you can't get an abortion. So if the guy was never caught, blind folded her, etc.

You know what I think? If you get a abortion you should get your tubes tied. That way you can't have anymore children even if you wanted to. Also, I know people in the adoption system it's fucking ridiculous that people keep saying it's a majorly flawed system because it's not. I've lived in America for most of my life and while I can't say the same for other countries... The fact is America's adoption system is actually really great. Have there been problems in the past with it? Yes, there has but that's really rare. There's a reason why problems with the adoption system rarely come up in the media but when it does it becomes a huge story.

Let's not forget the dangers having an abortion puts on a woman's body and excessive blood loss, scarring, permanent damage to the cervix,etc and it happens a hell lot more often than people think. That's only physical damage. However, it can also cause long lasting emotional problems as well. The truth is if you get pregnant through consensual intercourse you should be prepared for what may happen. Tubes tied might be a bit excessive though. Basically I see nothing wrong with a capable adult, regardless of financial standings to be denied an abortion simply because they don't want to grow up and take responsibility for the life they are bringing into this world.

Well, most likely if they are going to be jailed/executed if it's serious. If they immigrated here they are technically US citizens so they will be treated the same as any American would. If they were illegal they'd be jailed here and deported when they served their sentence. Why would someone get out of jail time just because they immigrated here?
