Hey guys, just a quick PSA
As summer descends upon us, many areas in North America often have very high temperatures, in the 90s and even 100s. It is therefore very important that you stay safe and healthy in these hot climates. Prolonged exposure to heat can result in dehydration, headaches, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, and even heat-stroke. Hence, when spending long periods outdoors in hot weather, it is vital for you to remember to:
-Bring water for EVERYONE in your family to drink
-Drink your water once every15-20 minutes
-take regular “shade breaks”
-not physically over-exert yourself.
It is also worth mentioning that even if you are swimming, playing at a water park, etc that you are STILL becoming dehydrated and therefore you STILL need to drink water.
If you, at any point, experience extreme head aches, vomiting, dizziness, nausea, or feel like you are about to faint, STOP what you are doing immediately, seek shade and water, and determine whether you need to call emergency services or not.
That’s all for now, folks. Please share this on your wall, with your friends, and with your family to get the message out!
Stay safe y’all

The American Caesar Will™ !! This is super important. As someone who has a form of Dysautomnia (Syncope) it effects the autonomic nervous system. It causes me to have irregular cold and heat flashes, if i stand for too long i black out. For summer especially its worse. The heat will cause me to develop migraines and i'll get extremely dizzy and begin to overheat, and could possibly blackout/pass out.
It's extremely important for everyone to stay hydrated during the summer! Anyone could possibly pass out due to dehydration and heat, if you feel like you are going to definitely contact someone! It's important to stay hydrated and not to overheat!
