As far as I know The Office of Naval Intelligence is active, and for who ever thinks otherwise needs to be included in the loop. I wish as a general announcement that people put forth the initiative to get in contact with each other. That is the only resolution I see in anyone that labels us as inactive.

Some clans have chosen to opt out of this situation overall, with the UNSC Community. That is perfectly fine, other UNSC clans have chosen to side with Covenant based clans and that however is nonsense. Rebels, Forerunners, Flood clans.
No, that is not the way to approach a clan it's unbelievable what names you've put on the UNSC Community by representing your very own clans. I will not follow any wartime commander and refuse to be involved with that all. ONI will remain docile, in interim of events.
