Probably going to quit Mineplex side of forums. I've lost interest in a lot of the stuff, most of which feels repetitive (honestly, a lot of the active threads are just the same thing as older dead threads), and I don't really care about posts or something. I say this with full knowledge that I will continue to post on the forums, I just don't think I will be anywhere near active and I honestly hope I won't be. Will probably still do Enjin and stuff to some degree, just not a lot happening on the actual forums. Not a goodbye, but just a notice of inactivity until something interests me again.

Ye, like Im not trying to disrespect 1.8 players (particularly those in comp leagues) or anything by default, but judging by some actually present polls:

It currently seems like a large number of 1.8 users wouldn't be willing to switch.

That was kinda my point. I don't see the comp leagues being open to switching, and that's a good 3k people who are active, plus a bunch who aren't. Considering that people have stuck with the server this long and have been dealing with what MP has failed to fix, it seems just insulting to drop 1.8.

Yeah, like thats the real issue with switching is that you likely drop players who aren;t willing to switch and I thik the only real solution is either the server itself getting forced to or if you educate them and make them play a modified build of their game on 1.12 so they can see what its like and make any necessary improvements.
