Well as odd as it may sound it is the bacteria in your gut that tells you what it wants to eat. The more of a certain food you eat the more you'll "want" to eat it because the bacteria tell you too. This goes for both healthy and unhealthy foods. So if you can abstain from junk foods for awhile it might help by reducing the urge.
That doesn't really help you with the initial urge though. One of the other reasons I've found that I, and probably other people too, eat junk food is because I'm hungry and want to eat something, and junk food takes little preparation. If this is what happens to you then I would try to get a decent amount of healthy foods around that I can microwave or eat plain that don't take much preparation. Refrigerated leftover main meals and fruits like bananas, apples, pesrs, and mangoes come to mind.
PS: Idk if this is about unhealthy foods in general or weight loss or both but if it is about weight loss and you don't exercise that much, you could always do some (anaerobic) exercises while waiting for your computer to do stuff. For example, I tend to lift weights or do push ups while I wait for load screens in games or computer bootups. Idk if you have any weights laying around but you could try push ups.
I watched a cam video of it. I thought it was pretty good. The villain was pretty obvious though lol.
Having Jack Jack in there was really great. If you liked the Jack-Jack extra feature they put in the Blue Ray version you'll definitely like his appearance in this movie.
