How on earth have you not noticed this? Hundreds of users can't connect to bedrock including me. Support won't help, Mojang says it's a Mineplex error.

Bedrock Peeps,

We are well aware of current disconnection issues when purchasing ranks and such. We are working on getting a fix out as soon as possible and I will inform you when this is fixed.
