You can post whatever crud you want to on your wall. It's just that if it gets to the point where it's basically cyberbullying (or pornography, negative behavior, and others) Mineplex will (or might) ban you and notify enjin. Mineplex has every right to ban you from their forums. They're not banning you from enjin, they're just banning you from their forums. It doesn't have to be directed to a player. If you are trash talking about Mineplex on your wall (a lot) you might be banned as well. Regardless if you think it is (or if it really is) unjust or not, they're allowed to do this.
Mineplex and enjin are both private organizations. You have to join the website in order to access the forums (along with other requirements, such as having a MC account). You have to register on enjin in order to access their sites. Therefore enjin is pretty much allowed to screw with your wall at any given moment, because these walls belong to them. If you join Mineplex's website/forums, Mineplex has the right to forum ban you, hide your threads, lock stuff, etc., even if it is wrong or you think it is wrong Mineplex is allowed to do this. Same with every other (private) internet forum.
Let's say there are two nations: NationA and NationB. There is a person in NationB wanting to go to NationA that has multiple crime offenses. NationA has every right to deny the access of the country.. They're not going into NationB and arresting them- no, they're simply just denying access to their nation. (so many "there, they're, their"s ;-
Also want to put this here: if we ban for negative behavior on enjin walls, we should also ban people hacking/breaking rules on different servers. IIRC we do this with staff members (demote/warning, not ban), because they represent Mineplex. I'm guessing we don't do this with regular players because we're too lazy (not saying that's a bad thing, I wouldn't want to ban all those players). Or something. I don't know. It's up to you to decide.
To sum it all up: will forum banning someone for negative wall posts prevent the user from posting such ever again? Probably not. Though my guess on why this rule is in effect is to prevent such behavior on their forums. Which is allowed.
