I have not said this to many people, but I am disappointed about school ending.
First of all, I’m clearly happy because I will no longer have a workload (and mine’s still only just a fraction in comparison to what some other people get..), and having the feeling of not worrying about any upcoming tests or essays is going to feel really nice.
However, as much as I hate to get this personal, I’m going to have absolutely nothing to do this summer, mainly because of my lack of friends and the lack of activities I’m involved in. This will mean I’ll be on Mineplex far often than usual, as if it hasn’t been enough already with 500+ SRs haha..
I am upset about the summer starting, and disappointed in knowing that many people I know will be able to spend their great summers doing whatever, while I’ll be sitting home doing nothing much as usual. To me, summer is basically an 8 week “weekend”, because it’s filled with just me sitting in my room on my computer. Fun.
My junior year of high school has definitely been by far the worst year yet; with diagnosed depression as well with dropping grades, I have been put inside a hole that's been quite difficult to get out of.
Sorry about that, definitely something worth getting off my chest though.
