So today I found out something really awful, and something that nobody should ever have to hear or experience in their lifetime: my nan has been diagnosed with cancer and, as she's been incredibly weak (particularly over the last year), she's not expected to live for a whole lot longer.
This has really snapped me into - what I think is, at least - a better mindset about how I should be looking at things in my life, especially about family.
Never take anyone, or anything, good for granted.
Whether this be a family member, friend, colleague, boyfriend/girlfriend, activity, hobby, or anything else, don't just think, "Oh this is great, I love this" or 'take advantage' (if you can call it that) of them. Tell them how much you love and appreciate them, let them know that they make you a better person, treasure them, and never take any time you spend with them lightly, because they, too, could disappear in an instant, not knowing how much they truly meant to you.

Sorry for the semi-depressing post, but on that note, I may say this a lot but I really am thankful for everyone I've been able to meet during my time at Mineplex, and it's opened me up to a lot of new experiences, all of which I'm extremely thankful for.
So, thanks again - ily ♡.
i hope all goes well gio, i know what it feels like to see someone suffer and you can't really do anything about it. try to spend as much time with her as you can, as I'm trying to do with my grandma right now. i believe you can get through this !
Around 10 members until 500 on the Mineplex Community Discord!
You guys should totally join if you haven't already - we'll do something super special for hitting this huge milestone ;D There are loads of incredible people you can meet, and the chats are never dead, so you'll always be able to talk to people if that's something you're up for.
Be there, or be square (?) (;
The Community Lobby Fun event was pretty cool I guess :^) Was nice to have a change and bring back an event we used to do quite a while ago, rather than repeating loads of the same-style events - hope everyone else felt the same!
I also built a pretty cool penguin (I didn't add the L hat, but thought it was a nice touch so I kept it ):
