Human eye doesn't see in FPS. It sees with a continuous stream of unending information.
However, what do you mean with your rant on 144hz monitors? I can immediately tell the difference between a 60hz and a 144hz monitor, because the 144hz is much more fluid. Also, on a 60hz monitor, it doesn't matter how high your FPS is, because it can only ever display 60 frames per second. A 144hz can display up to 144 frame per second.

I realize what it's saying. Even when I play games on my 100hz monitor (overclocked), games 'stutter' at 100FPS, but look so much smoother at 200. The monitor can only ever display 100FPS, but the content it's playing can be smoother than that, and even though it chops it up, the smoother content is noticeable. I'm not sure what else the video says.
Ok so my laptop froze and I took out the battery and put it back in and then it scanned my hard drive and found 4 corrupt files outta nowhere and then I open steam after it turns on properly and the update is for a new game called "H4CKNET"
