Any GPU experts out there? PC that used to run CS:GO at 290avg fps, after not using for a while and changing the monitor still runs 200+avg but massive fps spikes near enemies and/or projectiles. (30fps) Temperatures are only about 40-50c on both CPU and GPU and average usage. Just reinstalling drivers now, if this doesn't work any suggestions?
Yeah that helps... Sorta. With your FPS only dropping around enemies and projectiles I figured it was a CPU bottleneck, but a 4690K is a great CPU. Not to mention CS:GO isn't very CPU intensive.
How long have you had this PC?
There's not much I can do without knowing more about the problem, so I'm not sure I'll be of any help, sorry.

Sorry man, Jippi is my homie, you're never getting past him xd And with Shiz is pretty much that you and him are both as fun but I've known him for so long xd
Lol watching celebrity ghost stories because my mom likes it is hilarious. Especially how 9/10 can be disproved with a quick "sleep paralysis" google search, and the 1/10 that can't have no evidence behind them if you look it up lmao and probably are just false memories
Ok one of the craziest things to ever happen to me happened today
So, I haven't play Crafting Dead (A technic launcher modpack) for about... a good year and a half. I get online today for nostalgia, and I see a familiar name in chat, so I send a message. I didn't expect anything, because this guy I recognize played with me ONCE on a DIFFERENT zombie modpack from technic launcher.
Turns out, he had ALSO gotten on after about a year of not playing it, so we meet after this long on a completely different server on a completely different modpack, both getting online just as a whim
