Mineplex really needs to get its sh!t together. All of its events are poorly organized, and a good deal of them fail. They work at an extremely slow speed, and I sometimes feel like half of the things they use that are actual improvements are from 
Crystalliced They have money. Oodles of it. Just go ahead and put someone who know what they're doing on their payroll, preferably an event organizer and manager of the server, just to get on the right track.
