That would be your connection to the internet. If you are using the US server, but are not in the US, try the EU server, and vice-versa. You could also ask your parents to reset your router; that often helps.

I know you have a very difficult job, and that you work very hard to keep the server running. It is very impressive what you are able to do with a server this big.
