Glitchwalk against the upper wall of the last corridor to build up speed then jump to the next adjacent QPU, using your built up speed to go 5 right, 4 up, 3 left, 6 up, 7 left, 5 down, 4 right, 4 down, 1 right, and 1 up. This skips his attempts at mercying you, and can save you a few Z presses.
Oh, and you have to glitchwalk for 12 hours.
