Decided to look around Mineplex forums for a bit, and in the first thread I open I already notice a problem.
The following post was made by a moderator. And it's also a perfect example of why I don't agree with their staff communication policy.

I can definitely see your frustration with the chests, but I don't think anything needs to be changed.
Something definitely needs to change if this is happening to many people, for months on end. I could see if the duplicates didn't give you anything in return then it might be a problem. As of right now, every duplicate that you get, you get shards for it.
The compensation is so miniscule. For a legendary you only get ~6000 shards, and that's only for a legendary which is already very rare. The typical pet repeats drop ~150 per, so for each mythical chest you're only getting around 600 shards. From those shards, you can buy better chests, such as the illuminated one, which gives you a new thing every time.
20000 shards for one minestrike skin or balloon? No thank you. You could also keep buying mythical chests and see if your luck gets better.
To see how much money we can take from you* I can see why you made this post, but I don't think mythical chests should be changed.

Mythical Chests don't need to be changed. Mythical chests are received every month, and if they dropped really good stuff every time, the monthly bonuses would be pointless.
Also no need for the "Hi there!" this isn't a forum post it's my wall. Just say what you want to say, you aren't even subject to staff communication policy...

Also, I'm sorry that you don't get very good items from your chests. I personally always get at least two legendary each month.
thing is you're one in a million. a lot of my friends get crap in mythicals, a lot of random people I've encountered get crap in mythicals. maybe it's luck but the chances are waaaay too low and then there's too many ridiculous things like balloons
If we made it easier to afford. What are people gonna try to get in a week when they have everything? Getting everything should be an achievement, not just a "yeah it took me a week to unlock everything".
