josh how is my trainee application not detailed enough! it took my 3 hours to type in and to say the things i said because some of them are very emotional to talk about. you make me sad :(
This isn't an application for a therapist, it's an application for staff. They are like the police of mineplex. If a police officer pulls you over and gives you a ticket, he's not going to talk through it with you. He gives you the ticket (warning), you pay it in a certain amount of time, if you don't your put in jail (ban).
We wouldn't ban someone for sending in an application. Also the analogy is not really correct. I would say Mods would be more like police in what you said, Recruiters are more like a college admissions board, same "job" in a sense.
My challenge is still up, so make sure you go like it. I want about 50 likes, but whatever I get by Friday is the amount. Make sure to like wall post and ask your questions!
