Josh games why did you reject my application? I acted very mature and many Mods said if you are you can still become a Staff member even if you are only 11.
Ok so kinda a random post here, but felt it needed to be addressed. I noticed a few days ago there was more "corrupt staff" stuff and someone even attacked Diar, saying he got his friends into the staff team. Now I am the last person to say the staff team is perfect, IT IS NOT, but no staff teams are, and I do feel the Mineplex staff team is run very well. First off no one can just get their friend onto the staff team. Not me, not another recruiter, no other staff member, not even Diar. If you have not read the Applications Staff and Recruitment Explained thread yet, I will just give you a sum up. First applications are reviewed by recruiters, if they do not meet our criteria they are denied. If they do meet the criteria, they are added to a board for applications staff to review. Now Diar, nor any recruiter controls this part. The applications staff make their comments, and from there people could be either rejected or interviewed. Interviews are pretty self explanatory, so I will not really bother explaining that. The only call Diar really has, is when everything is done. Diar will review comments made by applications staff, and the interviewer, if they are a good fit they are accepted. So in conclusion, Diar, a recruiter, or staff member, can't just say let's accept someone and they will be accepted.
Sorry for the rant-ish post, but saying the staff team, especially the recruitment team is corrupt, is totally untrue. You can agree or disagree with this post, but I am just lining up the facts for you guys. <3
