Well, Ward is most likely going to be the bad guy in season 3 as I'm pretty sure he is starting up hydra again because I think he wants revenge or something for agent 33's death. But her death was his fault sooo... Maybe he will try and kill May? Just a guess since Agent 33 looked like May right then which is why Ward shot her, but then realized it was Agent 33.
