My favorite hockey team, the Capitals, has won its first round playoff series versus the Islanders in 7 games! It was a fantastic, competitive series throughout, and every game was a hard-fought battle for both teams.

That's true, but not necessarily a bad thing. I counted up the staff members found at mineplex.com/staff and I believe there are 550 SrMods/Mods/Helpers combined. Compare that to the 432,000+ registered users on the Mineplex forums (not even talking about in game users who have never visited the forums) and that number doesn't seem quite as big.
Not exactly a bad thing, of course, but just saying the player count is overrated- only about 10k have posted more than once or so, and under 5000 have made over 100 posts. And for ingame, really only 'bout 25k at good times, drops to 4k at night. Sure, they are different people, but I can bet 80% have never seen a staff member because they just come on for the games
