Dashbar abusing powers

From my point of view it happend like this:
- eez was talking to bousce in pms
- dash tped eez away from eezs island
- eez got back on his island, because he didn't want to be where dash tped him
- (eez didn't want to be there, because of to much lag.)
- eez told dash to stop tping him
- dash continued though
- (there where a good amount of mobs on eezs island, but eez was save where he was standing)
- dash tped eez right into those mobs
- (because eez was typing pms, eez couldn't react)
- eez died and immediately after that dash jumped on the items to get them

I didn't know why dash did that, but he wanted eez to dead and he wanted his items too.

As I stated in the previous post, I tp'd eez to my island to show him my lava biome sphere. He complained that my island was too laggy. I then Tp'd to his island, and tp'd him to me, so that he could escape. He was not moving, and was being shot by skeletons. In an attempt to stop him from being killed, I tp'd him to a nearby roof. Because I was flying, I could not accurately gauge the Tp location. He landed on the ground, right next to the building. He then died, and I collected his items, to prevent them being blown up by the numerous nearby creepers.

All the items I collected were then returned using /invsee. He then accused me of keeping some items, So I Proceeded to get shot by a nearby skeleton to prove my point. The only items that I did not return were the 20 stacks of arrows that are now scattered over his island, simply because I couldn't.

I understand that this ended badly, but I was trying to help. There was no malice involved. Make of this what you will, but I was simply trying to help someone.

First of all you tp'd me to your base without me even asking me. I did not wish to go to your base. Secondly…. yes you did tp back to my island after I asked you to which was all fine. Then DJM was on my island asking why it wasn't finished (blah blah blah).. Bousce got on, and was telling cutielu12 that I banned him cause I hated him (blah blah blah) so I was private messaging him to stop saying that because it was not true.

Since my island was not finished it was dark and nighttime and mobs were spawning. You then proceeded to tp me to the ground where they were, with your initial reasoning being 'Don't afk while flying". You were in our teamspeak channel and we both told you that I was typing and you need to stop tp'ing me. You did it about 4 times. You said that you tp'd me to the roof but I was still surrounded by mobs.

To get things straight not once did I ask you to tp me. The only time was when I wanted to be tp'd from you island to mine. After I was on my island you then tp'd me to the mobs

I lost about 27 lvld and some golden apples that you did not return. I got my armour and swords but the rest was not given back.

I broke the rule and abused my staff powers, (tried to fix what I did) but still got demoted.

You broke the rules after being told to stop multiple times (tried to fix what you did wrong) but have not been demoted.

It doesn't matter if there was no malice involved you broke the rules too. I could easily say I had no malice in banning Bousce but the fact is it doesn't look that way. If you say it was quite obvious that there was malice I can say that it was quite obvious you had malice by tp'ing me AFTER ME AND DJM TOLD YOU TO STOP

Eez, We have both explained our sides of the story, Unless you have something new to add, then please let the admins make their decision. Akersda has said that he will decide tomorrow. Please be patient.

I posted a more detailed post that explained everything that you did when you broke the rules. So it was something new. Thank you and next time look at what I post
