Block spammer and Griefer on DvZ

But he just talks back to me and refuses to stop. I've tried everything, and now I've decided to go further with this, to you admins/mods. [A] wtfcabbages Posts: 400 Cookies: +875 Level 7 LEVEL 7	I understand your scenario, unfortunately due to a rule change in banning for block spamming these problems can no longer be stopped instantly or at least as 'fluently' as they used to be. - I need some other admins to also clarify alongside with me that this is a punishable offense and thus help to conjure a punishment. All I can say is the rules at this current moment are very, how do you say, 'wishy washy?' and as far as I know we do not have any rules about punishing general 'nuisances', or at least ones that have been thoroughly clarified.
