[=] Game ending should always give points now, even when it's because the tables broke.

[=] Reversed the monster count curve, took the monster count down a bit, and nerfed low monster count effects

[*] Knight's sapling quest should now take multiple types of saplings and remove saplings from inventories correctly
[*] Enderman's stick should no longer cause NullPointers when an enderman relogs
[*] Knights should now find that the center of their placed bunker is about where they're standing.
[*] Bakers' creations that don't fit in the inventory now go in the nexus like Alchemists and Tailors

[=] Dragon's fire now only explodes or causes fires if certain conditions are met, so AntiFire plugin can be removed

(plus a couple small bugs I probably shouldn't spread around or they'll get exploited)

- Which is more important, getting the other stuff perfect or doing fancy stuff like making the server not have to restart to start a new game?
- Is the monster count better? What should be changed about it?
- What perks would you like to see added (no donator features, please, and keep 'em somewhat balanced)?
