challenges not working

Hi all,

Back after a few months. Decided to start a new island for fun. But when I go to do some of the challenges, it only gives me the repeat items. As well, some of the non repeatable challenges like Novicebuilder, are already completed and it wont let me do them.

Any thoughts?

Hedge can most likely reset them as he is Admin, or DJM

FYI, the command to reset challenges for a player is /dev resetallchallenges <player>

Note that because code can never be perfect, the help message says that it takes a challenge name as an argument. I tested this on a local server that I use for plugin development and confirmed that it uses a username.

NINJAEDIT: Just since I didn't make this clear, only admins can use the /dev command or any of it's subcommands.

What if challenges were only able to be reset once a month lets say? Or......?

It still gets abuseable. Also, I don't think the plugin actually has a built-in way of resetting challenges without allowing access to /dev.

Also, as a side note, there isn't anything in the one-time challenges that you can't get, say, via the nether shop or other techniques. It's just that it can be a bit hard.

yeah, been playing for a bit now. its pretty hard just getting repeat rewards. advancement is very very slow.

Not trying to abuse anything. just want to start a new island after resetting my old one.
